Returns & Exchanges

At NereTravel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all travel tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed via email.
